Customers must notify our team of any allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements before ordering. Because our artisan kitchen prepares handcrafted desserts containing nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs, cross-contact risk cannot be completely eliminated.

Customizing an item (such as selecting toppings for Ice Rolls or extras on waffles/crêpes) introduces new ingredients. Always ask our staff for the current allergen sheet for bespoke builds.

Collection: Orders should be collected within 20 minutes of the ready notification to enjoy peak ice cream roll texture and warmth of freshly baked goods.

Delivery: We deliver to designated postal districts in the Wigan area. Minimum spend and delivery fees apply as displayed at checkout. Drivers cannot leave perishable desserts unattended outdoors.

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, perishable items prepared fresh on demand (ice cream, hot waffles, fresh smoothies) are exempt from distance-selling return rights once preparation begins.

If you need to change or cancel an order, call the shop immediately. If preparation has not started, cancellation is granted at management discretion. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 2 hours with a photo of the receipt and item for a prompt replacement or refund.

Aya Delights (Wigan, UK) is the Data Controller. We process your name, contact information, and delivery details solely to fulfill your order and provide service updates.

Zero Raw Card Storage: We do not store or process payment card numbers on our servers. All live transactions use tokenized, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways.

Cookies: Our website uses only strictly necessary functional cookies required for session authentication, cart persistence, and security verification. We do not use third-party behavioral advertising trackers.

Completed order invoices are retained for 6 years in accordance with HMRC statutory requirements, after which records are purged. You have the right to request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time.
